3. The high content of magnesium oxide and aluminum oxide gives vermiculite good fire resistance, heat insulation, and chemical stability.
4. Water of crystallization is key to vermiculite's expansion. At high temperatures, the vaporization of water generates pressure, causing the layers to expand and form a porous structure.
5. Because of its natural composition and lack of heavy metals and harmful substances, vermiculite can be safely used in horticulture, seedling cultivation, and animal feed.
