Part 1: Product Overview
Xylem Fiber is an organic flocculent fiber material produced from natural renewable wood through chemical treatment and mechanical processing.It is manufactured into fibers of different lengths and thicknesses via screening, splitting, high-temperature treatment and other processes to meet the demands of various industries. With a treatment temperature of approximately 260℃ during production, the product is chemically stable under normal conditions and resistant to corrosion by common solvents, acids and alkalis.
Our xylem fiber products are made of selected high-quality softwood such as pine and fir. They are non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free and non-radioactive, making them green and environmentally friendly products. Its unique fibrous structure can form a stable three-dimensional network in the mixing system, thereby enhancing the support, durability and overall stability of the system.
Core Value of Xylem Fiber
As a natural and renewable functional additive, xylem fiber plays multiple roles such as anti-cracking, thickening, water retention and reinforcement in building materials, industrial products and other fields relying on its physical structure. It is an indispensable component of modern green building materials and functional composite materials.
Part 2: Core Advantages & Characteristics

Three-dimensional network structure for enhanced system stability
Xylem fiber features excellent flexibility and dispersibility. It disperses rapidly after mixing and forms a three-dimensional network, significantly improving the support and durability of the system, as well as the stability, strength, compactness and uniformity of materials.

Outstanding anti-cracking performance
By reducing tension during the drying process, xylem fiber provides an obvious anti-cracking effect. Its dimensional stability and thermal stability deliver excellent thermal insulation and anti-cracking performance in thermal insulation materials.

Excellent water retention and thickening performance
Xylem fiber can absorb 6–8 times its own weight in water. Through the capillary action of the fiber structure, it quickly transfers moisture inside the system to the surface and interface of the slurry, ensuring even moisture distribution, reducing crusting, and improving bonding strength and surface strength.

Superior high-temperature resistance
It has strong anti-freezing and heat-resistant capacity:
Insulates for several days at 150℃;
Insulates for dozens of hours at 200℃;
Insulates for several hours above 220℃. Heat resistance up to 800℃ with flame retardant properties.

Good chemical stability
Insoluble in water, weak acid and alkaline solutions; neutral pH value (7.0±1.0), which improves the corrosion resistance of the system.

Improved workability
Enhances the workability, operability and anti-sagging performance of materials, reduces adhesion to tools, extends the open time, and accelerates construction speed.

Green and environmental protection
Made from 100% natural renewable raw materials, pollution-free during production and application, and naturally degradable.
