Our phlogopite mica products are made from high-quality natural phlogopite ore or synthetic phlogopite as raw materials, processed through precise splitting, crushing, grinding and classification. Excellent Heat Resistance

The long-term service temperature of phlogopite mica can reach 800℃–1000℃, and the instantaneous temperature resistance can be as high as above 1200℃. Compared with muscovite, it adapts better to high-temperature working environments and maintains good mechanical strength after heating.

1. Electrical Insulation Industry (Core Application)

Mica Plates / Tapes

Used for manufacturing high-temperature resistant insulating tubes, fire-resistant cables, motor slot insulation and coil insulation.

Electric Heating Equipment

Used as support gaskets or insulating frameworks for heating elements in household appliances such as electric irons, hair dryers, electric ovens and microwave ovens.

Smelting Furnace Parts

Used for furnace body insulation and observation windows in metallurgical equipment including power frequency furnaces, medium frequency furnaces and electric arc furnaces.

2. Building Materials & Decoration

Stone-like Paints / Coatings

Phlogopite flakes or powder added to exterior wall coatings enhance the sparkling texture, improve weather resistance, water resistance and anti-cracking performance of the coating film.
